New York-born loctician, entrepreneur, and natural hair enthusiast, Laverne (aka NoVa Locs or Northern Virginia Locs) is a Project Manager and a mentor in her community. Laverne is an avid traveler who actively engages women and girls across the Diaspora in topics concerning their natural beauty, and educational opportunities focused on achieving their personal and professional goals.
