NVLX Labs currently ships within the United States. International shipping options may be added in the future.

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–4 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Can I change or cancel my order?
We begin processing orders quickly to ensure timely delivery. If you need to make a change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@nvlxlabs.com. Once an order has shipped, we’re unable to make changes.

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at info@nvlxlabs.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can assist you promptly.
What if my package is lost or delayed?
Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, NVLX Labs is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is significantly delayed, please contact us and we’ll do our best to assist you in locating it.
